5 Alexandria Drive – Tanner – NOI DEP# 159-1046

I have reviewed the application and have prepared the following commentary.

The Notice of Intent has been resubmitted with all the commissions requests addressed.
The proposed plan has been resubmitted with topography, including a revised NOI with the follow items that were completed as requested:

  • 14 Functions and Characteristics
  • Project Narrative
  • Construction Sequence
  • Report and DEP Vegetation Sheets.
I recommend closing the Public Hearing provided the Commission is in agreement with   the revisions and the Draft Special Conditions (see attached).


19 Colt Road – Maliff, NOI DEP 159-1048

 Continued, plan is not ready to submit, applicant requests to be continued to 7/18.

  • INFORMATION & ENFORCEMENT
  • The Conservation Property Rules and Regulations have been posted in the kiosk at the Delcarte Recreation site off Pleasant Street. In addition
the water level has been restored to the appropriate level and I saw many fry (juvenile) fish.

  • New Member Interest:  I received an email from an individual interested in volunteering for the Conservation Commission and invited him in to speak with Kathy and I and submit his application, he has an environmental background.  I will keep you informed of potential members.


58 Populatic Street

The 12 Vaccinium angulfolium and the 2 Ilex verticillata have been planted as requested (see photos). I recommend lifting the enforcement order.



III.    Certificate of Compliance

53 Dover Circle – This house was built in 2009 and the Order of Conditions were lost and never recorded.  I made a copy for the current owner and signed it for a true test copy and it was properly recorded.  The house was built according to the proposed plan and additional pavement was eliminated next to the house and is currently a grassed area.  The Certificate of Compliance may be issued.
